Juicy and powerful, with deep well of dark plum and dark chocolate flavours that carry some meaty overtones. Creamy midpalate, feauturing a long, luscious finish of black olive, licorice and spice. Drink now through to 2019.Hand picked. Fermented to 13.6% alc. for 8 days. The malolactic fermentation is conducted in stainless steel vats for 12 days.
